Empower Fitness is an Indianapolis limited-membership facility with an emphasis on personal training. Our mission is to help people achieve their personal fitness goals, feel great, and stay motivated. We accomplish this through positive relationships, sound techniques, a supportive gym atmosphere, and highly qualified personal trainers.

Empower Fitness is more than an Indianapolis personal training studio. The gym offers both general and corporate memberships and houses a wide array of weights, resistance machines, and cardiovascular equipment. Empower Fitness is not a large, crowded, impersonal franchise.
