Bridget
Bridget Sanders earned a Bachelors degree in Health and Fitness from Purdue University in 2005. She is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Bridget has seven years of personal training experience helping people from all health and fitness levels reach and maintain their individual goals. Bridget is dedicated to being a life long learner. She is currently enrolled in the University of Indianapolis PTA program where she will graduate with an associate’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2012. She feels rewarded seeing the mental, physical, and emotional toughness that is achieved by clients and members being well! She is looking forward very much to her business venture as owner of Empower Fitness, LLC. Bridget enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews, exploring the outdoors with her two dogs, running, and participating in water sports at Dale Hollow Lake.

Dr. Latisha Poulard, DPT, has been a physical therapist for three years and a personal trainer for seven years. After graduating from Kokomo High School, Latisha attended University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri S & T) on a full-ride basketball scholarship. She also participated in track and field, earning a berth to the 2001 NCAA Division II Championships where she placed 16th in the 200m dash. In 2004 she received her B.S. in biological sciences and began her graduate studies at Marquette University. In 2007, she received her doctorate in physical therapy. She is currently licensed and works at Select Physical Therapy on the west side of Indianapolis. In 2010, she established her own personal training business, H.O.L.Y. Lifestyles Fitness, LLC. As a licensed physical therapist, Latisha is ideal for post-rehab clients. She has vast personal training experience and recognizes nutrition as a vital component to achieving optimal health and wellness. Latisha enjoys helping people obtain their weight loss, strengthening, and sport training goals. She has experience in group exercise instruction: pilates, strength/tone, and ab/core work. She also enjoys precious time with her 2yr old son, her church fitness ministry, outdoor activities, and music.
