Fiziques’ Athletic Training Philosophy

Fiziques’ youth training philosophy has grown from our intention to develop absolutely the best possible athletes. Our foundation stands firm on safety, time efficiency, intensity, and productivity. We provide a variety of methods in our training techniques to get the very best out of athletes. Our focus at Fiziques for each athlete is to maximize potential and develop the best athletic ability. Our program will yield tremendous results, and we look forward to making you absolutely the best athlete that you can be.

Basketball

WHO: Basketball Players or Teams; Ages 11-19
WHAT: Our staff of sports strength and personal training coaches will specifically design an individual program or group program that will allow your athlete or athletes to gain maximum potential.  We understand that in program we will be focused on their ability to be explosive, their ability to change direction and also being able to get off the floor.  With our state of the art training machines & free weights along with core and stability equipment we will be able to maximize the potential of each athlete.  Work outs are approximately an hour long and also include a supervised warm up and a pre/post stretch to enhance flexibility (reduce injury).


Football

WHO: Football Players or Teams; Ages 11-19
WHAT: Our staff of sports strength and personal training coaches will specifically design an individual program or group program that will allow your athlete or athletes to gain maximum potential.  We understand that in this program we will be focused on their ability to be explosive, their ability to change direction and also being able to get off the ball quicker.  Football is a physically demanding sport, with our state of the art training machines & free weights along with core and stability equipment we will be able to maximize the potential of each athlete.  Work outs are approximately an hour long and also include a supervised warm up and a pre/post stretch to enhance flexibility (reduce injury).


Baseball & Softball

WHO: Baseball & Softball Players or Teams; Ages 11-19
WHAT: Our staff of sports strength and personal training coaches will specifically design an individual program or group program that will allow your athlete or athletes to gain maximum potential.  We understand that in this program we will be focused on their ability to be explosive, their ability to change direction and also being able to get off the base quicker.  With our state of the art training machines & free weights along with core and stability equipment we will be able to maximize the potential of each athlete.  Work outs are approximately an hour long and also include a supervised warm up and a pre/post stretch to enhance flexibility (reduce injury).
